Caroline Sampaio is our first volunteer from Latin America. Borned in Brazil, the 29 years old lawyer will be with us until november. She came to Sanski Most to learn more about the war, the bosnian culture and to see how a post-conflict country is.

The Young lawyer has a post-graduation in International Business Management and has been studying international humanitarian law and human rights law for five years. Her studies include courses in the United Nations Institute for Training and Research and also with the Chief of The International Law Department of The Organization of American States.

Caroline likes visiting new countries and learning about new cultures. She thinks that sitting with the locals and drinking coffee is the perfect way to learn about their way of living.

Welcome to Sanski Most, Caroline!

About Us

Today, the Center for Peacebuilding (CIM) stands on the former frontlines of the war, acting as a bridge between a past that few can currently discuss and a future where open dialogue can rehumanize the enemy and dispel the misinformation that acts as the seeds for hatred.
