Center for Peacebuilding works in partnership with The International Republican Institute and Magacin Kabare on project called Re:generation which is a new USAID project that strives to motivate and ecourage new generations of young people to create new and better future for all of them.

Within the project, The Youth Sammit was held recently and gathered more than 200 participants from various parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina including 20 young people form Sanski Most who also attended the Sammit. They spent three days together in Sarajevo and, through different workshops and interactive lectures, they had the opportunity to hear politicians, artists and sociologists sharing their knowledge and experiences with them. Hence, many of them gave their contribution to this project as lecturers including: member of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, Diana Zelenika, mayor of Tuzla, Jasmin Imamović, former mayor of Srebrenica, Ćamil Duraković, mayor of East Sarajevo, Nenad Vuković as well as some of the most popular actors and film directors from the region such as Nikola Đuričko, Enis Bešlagić, Slavko Sobin, Visar Viška, Zana Marjanović, Emir Kapetanović and Aida Begić. Participants disccused existing issues in our society and also learned themselves how to advocate for reconciliation and peacebuilding more effectively.

We want to express our sincere happiness for being one of the partners in this project as well.
