IMG_3047Born and raised on the foothills of the Himalayas, in the beautiful country of Nepal, Bibek just finished his third year at Bennington College in the United States where he is studying multidisciplinarily in the fields of Peacebuilding, Environmental Studies, and Music. He enjoys singing, dancing, sharing ideas, spending time in nature, and helping people.
Bibek will be working with us until the end of July and helping us out in the Peace Farm, doing community outreach, and getting involved with the Harmonija Interreligious Choir.

At CIM, he aims to develop practical skills in Peacebuilding and eventually apply it towards ethnic conflict management in Nepal. He is super excited to immerse himself in the local culture and interact with the people of Sanski Most by learning the local language.

Welcome to Sanski Most, Bibek!

About Us

Today, the Center for Peacebuilding (CIM) stands on the former frontlines of the war, acting as a bridge between a past that few can currently discuss and a future where open dialogue can rehumanize the enemy and dispel the misinformation that acts as the seeds for hatred.
